WHY WORK WITH EXPODESIGN

Simply put, it’s our process, our mindset and our commitment.  Our process begins with collaborating, concepting, and providing you with a rough estimate of the project; all at no cost to you!  Once, we zero in on a design you love, we assign a dedicated project developer, begin illustrating and defining the scope of the work needed. Our mindset is simple, as we take a customer centric approach to making sure you are happy throughout the entire process.   Finally, add in our commitment to you that we will doing everything in our power to meet your deadlines.

The Expo Process

Expo has a 5-step process that helps walk our clients through the entire process from concept to completion and throughout we continue to ask ourselves: can we work together; can we help, how can we help.

1. Discovery

First, we start with asking… what, when and where? With this we are better able to determine if the project is possible and fits within our strengths. We also look to find out about your process (i.e. decision makers, contract needs, terms, and budget).

2. Visualization

We put pencil to paper and develop concepts or mood boards along with rough pricing; to share with you based on our conversations. Sometimes we hit it right on the head from the start and sometimes we need to make refinements. Either way is OK, we want to deliver something you will love. After we zero in on the concept and you are happy with the estimated cost, we begin to take it to the next level and provide color illustrations and quotes based on the approved concept.

3. Development

The third step is where the magic starts. A defined scope of work is assembled, final artwork, materials, colors, design specifics and price quotes are finalized.

4. Fabrication

In the fourth step, ExpoDesign provides scale shop drawings and timelines for approval prior to beginning the fabrication and if necessary, where we identify progress dates and milestone checkoffs. Then, our artists begin construction on the project.

5. Implementation

The fifth and final step is where the project is delivered or installed. Here is the big moment, the realization and reward of all the hard work. Your idea brought to life!
